SAFE RIDESHARE RS INC., operating under the name "Commuta" and referred to as the "Service," is the sole owner of the information collected through this Service. We will not sell, share, or rent your information to others except as described in this statement.
To use Commuta, a Member must first complete our registration form. During registration, a Member may be required to provide their contact information (name and email address). This information is used for verification and to contact the Member regarding services on Commuta for which they have expressed interest.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the Member's device that contains information about the Member. The use of cookies is not linked to any personally identifiable information while using our Service.
Commuta takes every precaution to protect our Members' information. If you have any questions about the security of the Service, please contact us.
Commuta may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement, governmental authorities, or authorized third parties if required by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Service, track Members' locations, and gather broad demographic information to continually improve the Service.
We will send Service announcement updates by email. Members cannot unsubscribe from these announcements, as they contain important information about the Service.
Members who no longer wish to receive our marketing emails can opt out by selecting the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Members can cancel their Account at any time by either visiting Account Settings > Close Account or by contacting us.
At any time, Members can request the deletion of their data by contacting Commuta.
We use a third-party service provider called Veriff to collect your Biometric Data and verify your identity. Veriff retains your Biometric Data and photographs of your identification documents for six months for security, safety, and compliance purposes.
In compliance with Google Play’s privacy policies, we disclose that our Android app collects Phone Number and Installed Application information.
If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will email a link to this page to all our Members to ensure they are always informed.
